THE MUSK OX NEWS
August 7, 2026
Hello From The Principal's Desk!
π As we kick off a new school year, I want to say thank you!
Thank you for trusting us this year with your family's educational needs. Our team here at FPCS is honored to be a part of your educational journey this year. β¨
Many of you are already up and running for the year, and many are in the planning stages and getting ready to get started. Wherever you find yourself today, don't hesitate to reach out and get support from your sponsor or from any of us here in the office; we are here to help! π€π
This year, I will be having our Principal Parley on the third Tuesday of each month at 2:00 PM. This will be an opportunity to get an update directly from me, to ask any questions, or to make any suggestions. I will also record the sessions and make them available for those who may not be able to attend.
Be sure to mark your calendar for August 26th for our family picnic here at the FPCS office. We will have a food truck, vendors, bounce houses, and more! Come and enjoy this yearly event from 5:00β7:00 PM, rain or shine! π

and a special welcome to those joining FPCS for the first time!

πΌ FPCS Reimbursement Department!
Dear FPCS Families,
Welcome to the new school year!
As you get started, please take a few minutes to review these important reminders:
- Check your email for the Office Training link from your Sponsor Teacher. Reimbursement requests can only be processed after your Office Training has been completed.
- Visit your student's OLS Dashboard and explore the helpful resources available, including:
- ASD-Approved Service Vendors
- Forms
- Business Office How-To Guides & Examples
- Direct Deposit Form
- FPCS Handbook
- FPCS Website
Whenever possible, we encourage you to use Requisitions. They help simplify the purchasing process and make reimbursements smoother. Be sure to review the ASD-Approved Service Vendors list.
Taking a few minutes to review these resources now can help prevent delays and make the reimbursement process much easier throughout the school year.
If you have any questions, we're always happy to help!
Kind regards,
FPCS Reimbursement Team
β οΈ Important Reimbursement Update
This school year, ASD Accounting introduced an important change to the documentation requirements for reimbursable expenses.
If you pay for a reimbursable expense with a credit or debit card, cardholder proof is required. Please send us documentation showing the cardholderβs name and the last four digits of the card. We will securely keep it on file and use it for reimbursement requests throughout the school year.
For retail purchases, please insert your card and use the chip whenever possible instead of tapping. Contactless payments may show different last four digits on the receipt, which may require additional proof of payment. Using the chip helps ensure the receipt matches the cardholder proof already on file.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to meet ASD Accounting requirements and keep the reimbursement process as smooth as possible.
