AVA Family Update
June 7, 2024
Good morning AVA Students and Families,
I have next week's schedule, the guidance and community updates, and important dates below as usual.
1. We end our school year with two half-days for students on Thursday and Friday. Again, all work must be submitted on the 12th.
2. For those who are making last minute efforts to improve their grade, I'll monitor my email as much as I can this weekend if you need something unlocked.
I have again included the transportation sign-ups that students must complete if they wish to participate in any busing next year again. If you have any intentions to be in-person next year, you need to complete it. There are other important notices as well regarding summer learning opportunities and a forum for grandparents raising children.
You'll get one more update next Friday, followed by Report Cards getting published the following week, and then we're through with messages from me until mid-August.
Thank you for your time.

Want to find ways to get ahead academically this summer? Colleges and universities all over the country offer their own summer pre-college programs, including college credit-bearing summer courses (of which AVA students may also earn HS credit!) to hands-on field experiences. Prepscholar has compiled this convenient list of popular pre-college summer programs in almost every US state. We highly recommend taking a gander, and feel free to email Ms Nellie if you need assistance.

New this year, all eligible students, including Kindergarten and First grade, who wish to ride the bus to/from any of the Attleboro Public Schools MUST complete the Transportation Application to secure transportation.
