π Superintendent Student Advisory Council Lunch Taste-Testing!
Dr. Carpenter Facebook Post:
We recently held our Superintendent Student Advisory Council quarterly meeting with our 6thβ12th grade representatives.
This session focused on student nutrition β and it was one of my favorites! It was that time of year when our Student Nutrition Department brings forward new ideas for next year in a taste-testing format. There were some incredibly tasty options!
Our students provided thoughtful and valuable feedback on menu items, preferences, and overall dining experience. Their voice truly matters, and their input helps shape how our Student Nutrition team plans for the year ahead.
We wrapped up our time together discussing the newly approved virtual and hybrid learning options, AHS SOAR, for next year. Great questions and great dialogue. Iβm always grateful for our students' insight, honesty, and leadership. Their perspective helps us get better.
