Attendance
Based on last year’s attendance procedures at Summit View, we recognize that many families used the attendance email on our website to report their student’s absences. Our team is currently working on bringing that email option back for parents and guardians to report their student’s absences. In the meantime, please make sure to email your student’s teacher regarding their absence AND leave a message on our attendance line at 303-387-6802. We also are aware the attendance line is mentioning it is not available but still giving the option to leave a message. Please still leave a message as it does go through, we will be working on fixing that as well. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we work on getting this set up!
Visitor Badges/ Raptor App
When you are planning to visit the school, please bring your ID. Our Raptors are officially up and running! Please be patient with us as we work on printing your badge. If you would like to speed up the process of taking your picture you can download the Raptor App! If you need directions on how to set that up, please follow this link.
When it is all set up, please make sure to open the app before you enter the building to avoid internet failure. You will pull up your QR code in the app, scan it on the back of the raptors, ask your reasoning and then shortly after a badge will be printed. Please sign in and out in the red binder as well as signing in with raptor. When wearing your visitor badge, please make sure it is visible at all times while in the building. Thank you for your help in ensuring the safety of all our students and staff!
Late Drop-Off and Early Pick-Up
For late drop-off and early pick-up, we ask that parents walk their students into the school and check them in at the front desk. A Google form will be provided for you to complete, which will ask for your name, your student’s name, and the reason for the late drop-off or early pick-up, such as an appointment, tardiness, traffic, car problems, etc. This allows us to accurately record your student’s attendance.
When picking up your student early, please allow additional time to complete the form, for us to call your student down, and for them to walk to the front office.
With the busyness of the end of the day, we ask that if you need to pick up your student early, you please do so no later than 3:15 p.m. Thank you for allowing us to navigate this new school year together!
Watch Dog Dad
For all you Dads out there, wouldn't it be fun to spend lunch and recess with your student? If you are interested, keep an eye out in the future Mountain Peak Press for more information about signing up! Thank you all for your patience and we are excited to see you!
Reserved Parking Spots
Just a reminder for parents, if a parking spot has a name above it, it has been reserved for either a family or staff member. Please do not park in a reserved spot that is not yours. If you are interested in having a reserved parking spot for next year, you can look forward to bidding on one for our year's auction in the spring!

We have already raised over $7,000! Help us reach $10,000 so we can have Crazy Hair Crazy Hat day next week!

Every dollar makes a difference in supporting our students, staff, and Mountain Peak community—and we’ve got a lot of fun prizes lined up along the way!

Prefer to use cash or check? No problem! Donations can also be sent in an envelope to your child’s teacher or the front office. Donations are accepted until September 25th! Let’s keep the momentum going, Mustangs! Get those donations rolling and let’s make this Fund Run fundraiser a huge success!
