We hope you had a restful, fun, and refreshing Spring Break! We are excited to welcome all of our students back to school and jump into the rest of the school year together.

As we return, we look forward to reconnecting, continuing our learning, and making the most of these final months with lots of growth, fun, and school spirit. This is a great time to help students get back into their routines by arriving on time, getting plenty of rest, and coming ready to learn each day.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We are so glad to have our Trailblazers back on campus!

Let’s make it a strong finish to the school year!

SBA Testing SBA Testing

During May, students in grades 3, 4, and 5 will participate in SBA testing. We want every child to have the opportunity to do their best in a calm and focused setting.

Students will begin testing first thing in the morning and will work up to lunchtime and then potentially in the afternoon if needed. We have made special arrangements and schedules so they have the appropriate amount of support as well as ample work time to complete each portion of the test.

Families can help by planning ahead to avoid late arrivals, early pick-ups, appointments, and trips during the testing window whenever possible. Your support makes a big difference.

A consistent routine at home can also help students feel confident and prepared each day. Getting a good night’s sleep, eating breakfast, and arriving at school on time are all simple ways to support success. Thank you for partnering with us to help create the best possible testing experience for all students.

Immunizations

New requirements are in effect for students in preschool or kindergarten who are four years old or older on Sept. 1.

Washington state's school immunization law requires documentation of immunization at the time of school registration. A Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS), signed by the parent/guardian, must be on file at the school on or before the student's first day of school. Learn more about immunizations.
