Hello Gladiator Families!
Never Forget
I can't believe it's been 25 years since September 11, 2001. Most of us can vividly remember exactly where we were and what we were doing on that day. Our duty to all of those who lost their lives is to ensure that future generations never forget that fateful day. We never want to experience a loss like that ever again.
Attendance Celebration
We celebrated our students who had perfect attendance for the first 3 weeks of school with recess time at all three lunches. They enjoyed playing Four Square, basketball, and football on the blacktop and volleyball in the gym. We celebrate perfect attendance after each 3 week period. The next 3 week period ends next Friday, so make sure you student is present every day!
Academic Coaching and Clubs
Mornings and afternoons are prime times for getting additional instruction or enrichment through our academic coaching or our clubs. I have attached a copy of our academic coaching schedule and an update club list.
Crosswalk in Front of Garcia
Thank you all for making our morning and afterschool traffic flow more smoothly these last couple of weeks. Please DO NOT BLOCK the crosswalk when you are dropping off or picking up your child. Remember to always be mindful of students and other drivers in the parking lot. A little courtesy goes a long way!
Watch D.O.G. Launch Party
This Tuesday is our Watch D.O.G.s Launch Party at 6 PM. We are always looking for adults to participle in our Watch DOGS program! These individuals help our campus in the library, the teacher work room, cafeteria and more! Please join us Tuesday night to celebrate the launch of our program!
