Happy Sunday, Acacia Families!
I want to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation to our Acacia community for the kind words, thoughtful gestures, and recognition during Week of the School Administrator. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve as your principal and to be part of such an amazing school community!
Thank you to all our families who participated in Parent/Teacher Conferences last week. I have heard so many positive comments about the meaningful conversations, celebrations of student growth, and collaborative discussions about next steps in learning. These partnerships between home and school are essential to helping our Cubs succeed. As a reminder, Trimester 1 ends on November 13th, so let's continue encouraging our Cubs to work hard, set goals, and finish the trimester strong!
This Wednesday, October 21st, we will celebrate Unity Day! We encourage all Acacia Cubs and staff to show up and show out by wearing ORANGE as we stand together to promote kindness, acceptance, and inclusion and help prevent bullying. At Acacia, we believe every student deserves to feel safe, welcomed, and valued. Let's fill our campus with orange and show what it truly means to be a kind and caring Cub!
Finally, Open Enrollment for the 2027–2028 school year begins November 2nd! If you know families interested in joining our wonderful Acacia community, please encourage them to learn more about the enrollment process on the CVUSD School Enrollment webpage.
Thank you for your continued partnership and for all you do to make Acacia such a special place to learn and grow. Let's have another fantastic week filled with learning, kindness, and Cub pride!
Have a wonderful week, Acacia Cubs! GO CUBS!

- The yellow zone is for loading and unloading only - we will require you to move your vehicle if you are stationary in a yellow zone without a student leaving or entering your vehicle
