Week 2 of the Third Six Weeks - Last Six Weeks of the 1st Semester
Dear Parents and Students,
Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who have served our country with courage and dedication. Veterans Day is a time to reflect on their sacrifices and express our gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy because of their service.
We encourage you to take a moment to thank a veteran and learn more about the importance of this day. Together, let’s continue to show respect and appreciation for those who have defended our nation.
Thank you for joining us in recognizing these heroes.
REMINDERS:
Encourage your child to:
- Stick to their routines and study schedules - We want to remind you to check that you have access to the Parent Portal. This is the quickest and easiest way to stay updated on your child’s grades. If you need help with logging in to the portal, contact Mr. Pablo Ibarra at (956)748-1200.
- Attend school regularly and on time - A quick reminder about attendance—getting students to school on time every day really makes a difference! Attendance counts, and we want to make sure no student loses credit due to absences. Tardy sweep numbers reset this week, and students need to get to class on time, so please continue to speak with your student about getting to class on time and ready to learn.
- Stay engaged in class and tutorials
- Balance fun with responsibility
