Structures Update

All of the deck work on the property will begin to be completed in the spring. Some footings need to be replaced and then the decks will all be finished, prepped and painted. We are excited to have our newly finished decks ready for summer fun!

Other outside work on our units will be completed on an as needed basis and will commence once the decks are completed.

We are aware that some sections of our fencing have fallen and it all needs repair. We are currently looking for bids from various vendors and will hope to make repairs soon.

We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our property. Thank you!

3 Reasons Why Your Sink is Gurgling – And How to Fix Them

Some call it gurgling; others say bubbling. One thing we can all agree on is that it’s a plumbing issue you want to fix right away. A gurgling sink can be caused by a clog in the interior plumbing or sewer line, or a problem with the drain venting. Either way, if ignored, the issue will only get worse.

Please read the attached blog post to understand what to do if this happens to you! Homeowners at Liberty Knoll have experienced this issue and we want you to be prepared.

Clean your Dryer Vent!

It's important to clean your dryer vent regularly to stay safe and save energy. Built-up lint can cause fires and make your dryer less efficient. Keeping the vent clean helps prevent accidents and ensures your dryer works well, saving you time and money in the process.

Please see our website for recommended companies that our neighbors have recommended.

Being a Good Neighbor Means... Being a Good Neighbor Means...

Being sensitve to other homeowners

Please pay attention to the volume used for your music, video games, and any other sounds that will affect others. This is especially true when it is late at night and people are trying to sleep. As spring approaches, we will have our windows open and the sound will travel.
Keep your pup safe at all times by walking them on a leash.

Being Considerate. Leash your pet at all times.

Liberty Knoll is a pet-friendly community and we welcome pet owners walking their dogs safely on a leash in our common areas.

Pet owners are expected to be respectful of their neighbors and always clean up after their dogs. This includes the waste bags. Please be sure they make it to the dumpsters.

If a homeowner chooses to ignore these guidelines, they will incur a $25 fine for each violation.

Observing the Posted Speed Limits

Be sure to drive slowly throughout our neighborhood.

We have many people that enjoy walking and they need to be safe to do so.

If a homeowner is reported to be speeding, they will face a $50 fine.

Garbage & Recycling Garbage & Recycling

Be Responsible!

We continue to have people dump larger items from their homes alongside the sheds.

Every time we need to call CRP Sanitation to clear the mess, it affects all of us. It is always an additional cost.

Please be considerate- Call CRP directly if you have larger items to dispose of.

Keep the Sheds Clean!

It's up to each one of us. Keep the garbage & recycling sheds clean!

  • Break down the cardboard.
  • Don't overflow the receptacles. Use the receptacles in the back.
  • Be a good neighbor & keep this area neat & clean.

If you see that the garbage sheds need tidying, please be a good neighbor and do the right thing!
