Principal's Message
Hello Yowell Families, this is Mrs. Fiscus with your weekly update!
What an amazing week we’ve had at Yowell! We had so much fun celebrating Red Ribbon Spirit Week, and our Trick-or-Treaters were absolutely adorable. 🎃 Golly, it is truly a blast to do school each day with our students and teachers — Yowell is such a special place, and I feel so lucky to be part of it. 💙
We also had a blast getting wrapped up like mummies by Mrs. Dillon’s class to celebrate our attendance challenge winners! 🧻 What a fun way to reward our students for showing up and giving their best every day.
Starting Monday, we’ll kick off a new attendance incentive, so keep showing up, Stallions — we can’t wait to see who our next winners will be!
Just a quick reminder — there is no school on Tuesday, November 4th, as it’s a teacher professional development day.
Thank you for all you do to make Yowell such a wonderful, joy-filled school community.

Transportation Information
In an effort to assist schools and parents with current information about bus changes, transportation has added a new item on their website called: Transportation - Morning Update. The direct link can be found here. Also, this is the direct link to transportation.
Parents of students Pre-K through Grade 3 are expected to meet their children at the bus stop. Failure to do so will result in the child(ren) being returned to school. Should you choose to allow your child(ren) to be dropped off without supervision in the afternoon, please fill out and return this document.
We will be posting departure times for buses each day to assist parents with receiving their child from the bus stop. Please check this document each afternoon.

School Resource Officer (SRO)
We are happy to have a School Resource Officer (SRO) this year at Yowell. You can contact Deputy Brandon Mack with any concerns you have with school safety or anything that would be related to criminal activity.
