WHS eNotes
June 6, 2025
Message from Mr. Imbusch
Dear students, staff, and parents/guardians:
Final Exams will take place next week (June 10-13). The schedule for those finals can be seen below. Students will be released at 11:00am, and buses will pick up at 11:05am on those days. All students must be present for all exam periods, unless they have a Study period.
Friday, June 13th, is the last day of school for teachers and students. We will not be sending out weekly eNotes during the summer, but will update you all as needed.
A reminder that our Summer Program brochure can be accessed here. This includes such enrichment courses as ‘Get It Done! Fast Forwarding Your College Applications (Common App Boot Camp)’ and ‘College Essay Workshop’. Both of these courses are almost full. Students who are eligible for summer school due to failing grades will be contacted by our School Counseling office after school gets out on June 13.
Congratulations to the Class of 2025 on their graduation from Walpole High School last Sunday. Here is a link to the ceremony video. Photographs that were taken during the ceremony can be accessed using the QR code attached below. This will open up a message. Hit send, and you will receive the link to the website.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Sincerely,
Stephen Imbusch
Principal

Make sure to check out the page for this year's graduation ceremonies from June 1.
Also take a look at the Summer Reading Playlist. Many of the teachers who are sponsoring books stopped by the studio to talk about why they chose their book.

The Hilltop - Walpole High School's Literary Magazine
This year's literary magazine, newly christened The Hilltop, is available for reading! We hope you enjoy this small but engaging collection of stories and poems. The students who contributed original work are: Jason Hee, Emmy Miles, Matthew Nealon, Maggie O’Neil, Vanya Singh, and AiVy Truong. These students, along with Charlotte O'Malley, also edited the magazine and prepared it for publication.
Annual Bottle & Can Drive – June 7th!
The robotics team will be hosting their biggest fundraiser of the year. It is coming up tomorrow, Saturday, June 7th, and we need your help to make it a success.
Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Front of Walpole High School (look for the signs!)
After all those graduation parties please take those bottles and cans and support the robotics team. Whether you're a student, mentor, parent, or community member, this is your chance to support Walpole Robotics while also helping the environment. This drive helps the team buy their parts to build their robots, travel to local competitions, and to the World Championships in Houston, TX. The club appreciates all the support that it gets from the community. Please stop by the front of the high school and drop off any of your cans and bottles and we will take care of the rest.
