October Arrives Next Week October Arrives Next Week

Hello, Crossroads students and families! We had such a great week filled with all kinds of school spirit! Our students did a great job at our Pep Assembly today as well! The Homecoming football game begins at 7:00 tonight and we encourage everybody to come out and support The Wildcats!

It is crazy to think that next week brings us the month of October! Thank you to all of you who sold Frandale subs, soups and cinnamon rolls! We appreciate all that our families do to make that fundraiser a success for our school! Enjoy the weekend!

GO WILDCATS!!

Cross Country

Looking for a sport where everyone can succeed? Cross Country is the perfect place to

challenge yourself, make new friends, and become part of an encouraging team! Whether

you're an experienced runner, play another sport, or have never considered running before,

Cross Country welcomes all ability levels. Our team focuses on improving one step at a time

while having fun together.

Why join Cross Country?

● No experience necessary—we'll help you every step of the way.

● Build strength, endurance, and confidence.

● Make lasting friendships and be part of an amazing team culture.

● Explore beautiful local trails and compete in exciting meets.

● Improve your fitness for other sports like basketball, soccer, volleyball, football, wrestling,

and track.

● Set personal goals, celebrate your progress, and discover what you're capable of.

● Have a blast at our Neon Night Race and Color Run.

The only person you have to beat is the runner you were yesterday. Every practice is an

opportunity to grow stronger, push yourself, and accomplish something you never thought

possible. Come run with us—we can't wait to meet you! Our first practice is Tuesday, August

25th, from 2:45-3:45. Meet in Coach Sugi’s classroom. Reach out to Coach Vogel at

kvogel@nvps.net or Coach Sugiyama at asugiyama@nvps.net with any questions.
