Daily Faith & Family Formation

When I go outside, I stop and stare

Your wondrous creation is everywhere.

In each blade of grass, each creature, plant, and flower

The miracle of life shows Your almighty power

Amen

"Cast your cares on the Lord, and He will sustain you. He will never let the righteous fall."

I always learn scripture better when I can put music to it. If that sounds like you, too, you can use this music video to help you remember this awesome verse about where to take our worries and fears and the strength we get from our great God.

• Open up your family Bible or children's Bible and read this story together
• This lesson about Priscilla, Aquila, and Paul can be found in Acts 18

• Colossians 3:17, 23-24 - "And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him...Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8), and because He is steadfast, who we are in Him remains the same regardless of circumstances. These statements remind us whose we are and who we are Because of who Jesus is.

Speak these statements together as a family.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed by Thy name

Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven

Give us this day our daily bread

And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us

And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil

For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory

Forever and ever

Amen
