PAWS Meeting:

Yearbook Club will have an initial interest meeting on Friday, January 10 from 3:45 pm - 4:15 pm in the library. This is just a first meeting for anyone who thinks they might want to be part of creating our yearbook together.
If you can't attend on January 10, let Mrs. Donahey know you are interested. We will determine a regular meeting date after this first informational meeting.

There will be no Culture Club on Monday, January 13.
ADL 3 V 3 Basketball Tournament
What: 3v3 Basketball Tournament. Final Four teams get to play for a trophy and prizes at the ADL Basketball Tournament in February.
When: Games will be played during intramural time in the morning on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45ish-8:25ish
Who: You get to make the teams. You need at least 3 players with a maximum of 4 players. Teams can be made up of 6th, 7th or 8th graders who ARE NOT on the ADL Basketball teams.
Details: Final Four teams will be determined by points you get for participation and wins. Every game that your team plays in, you get 1 point. If you win a game you get an additional point. If you tie you get .5 point. We want to encourage participation more than anything, so the more days you attend intramurals and play in games the better the chance you have of making the Final Four.
***You must have a minimum of 2 players in attendance to play in a game.
Start Day: Tuesday, January 14th.
What do I do right now?
Make a team of 3-4 players and give it to a PE teacher with a team name. If you can’t find people to make a team, let the PE teachers know. All kids will be put on a team.

Monday, January 20, Martin Luther King Jr. Day (No School)
Monday, February 3, 6-7:00 PM, 8th Grade Caregiver/Student Night at EHS Auditorium -Caregivers and current 8th graders are welcome to attend
Wed-Sat, February 19-22, ADL 53rd Annual Basketball Tournament
February 24-28, Winter Break (No School)

Please drop off your clean bottles and cans to donate to ADL special programs!
Bottles and cans should be in bags! PLEASE DO NOT THROW IN LOOSE BOTTLES AND CANS.
