Last Chance! Pre-Pay bundle and Spirit Wear sales windows extended through Sept. 13th!

Please view the PTO information below. Sales are down dramatically. The bundles for sale fund things like our Fall Festival (fall party) and popcorn days.

Be sure to pay for your Bundle and get your spirit way before Sept. 13th!

If you think you may qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch, please check out the information towards the bottom of this newsletter. The application must be filled out every year.

McKelvey Primary Fall Fun Day 2026

The McKelvey Fall Fun Day is scheduled for Friday October 2, 1:30-3:30pm. This year's event will include our traditional Fall Festival activities as well as a petting zoo and a Color Fun Run! We have some great opportunities for families to help out with our Fall Fun Day this year. If you are not able to volunteer to be here in person, we are also in need of several items for the event and could still use your help with donating supplies! All in-person volunteers should plan on arriving on Friday 10/2 by 1:15pm, and the event will conclude around 3:30pm. If you are ordering supplies/donations, you can drop these items off or have your items shipped directly to school. Please address your donations to McKelvey Primary, C/o Meghan Meyer 12657 Fee Fee Rd. St. Louis, MO 63146 We would prefer all donations/supplies to be here by Friday 9/25 at the LATEST (earlier is better!). Snacks

Please send your child to school with one snack every single day. The snack should be in their backpack, separate from their lunch. If you need assistance with buying snacks, please contact me.

Free and Reduced Lunch Application

The application MUST be resubmitted every year!

The Parkway School District participates in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. This allows families the opportunity to apply for Free and Reduced Price Meal Benefits.
The information provided on the application is confidential and will be used only for the purpose of determining eligibility. The eligibility criteria and application are available for download below.
Applications are also available from the Nutrition Services Office or the School Principal's Office.

HOW DO YOU QUALIFY?
Qualification is based on household income. The income criteria table for the 2026-2027 school year is provided in the link below.
