We can't thank the PTA and the parent volunteers enough for their great effort with the Holiday Shop. This event has become something that the kids talk about for weeks before, and the smiles during the sessions are infectious. Thank you all again!

The nurse's office could us some donations of pants for all of our kids. From PreK to 5, pants are sometimes needed and we don't have many to send home. Sweatpants and leggings are preferred as they often fit many sizes. Thank you all in advance!

Nursing Notes

Hello Families!

***The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) has observed a significant rise in cases of the respiratory illnesses caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae (walking Pneumonia and Bordetella pertussis (Whooping Cough) across the Commonwealth in recent weeks. Please see below for reminders for managing and preventing spread of these respiratory infections.***

If your student is experiencing a cough and/or severe cold that seems to be getting worse or not going away after a week, we strongly encourage you to have them seen by their Primary Care Physician. If you feel as though your student needs to be medicated in the morning to make it through the day, please consider keeping them home to rest. If your student is out sick with a fever, vomiting, and/or diarrhea, please see the following policies before you send them back to school:

  • 24 hour Fever Free without the use of fever reducing medication
  • 24 hours without vomiting/diarrhea
  • If diagnosed with strep throat, 24 hours after first dose of antibiotic
As always please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions, comments, and/or concerns.
