Green Deer Clean-Up
On Friday, May 1, our school community came together to clean up areas in and around the school as part of the Green Deer Clean-Up Campaign.
Thank you to all of our students and staff for your efforts and contributions in helping keep our community clean and cared for.
Counselling
A message from our school counsellor…
Mental health is an important part of every child’s overall well-being and learning. Next week, we will be celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week with daily activities and strategies that promote positive mental health and wellness. Wednesday will be Hats on for Mental Health, and Thursday we will get moving with our Aloha Fun Run. More details can be found in your classroom weekly newsletters.
Mental Health Week - May 4-10
Aloha Fun Run - May 7
Students and Staff will participate in the Aloha Fun Run on May 7th starting at 12:30. All grades will run the perimeter of the school yard starting just west of the tennis court area.
Companion Dog: Daisy
SES is welcoming Linda Alberg and her Companion Dog Daisy to our Seton community every Monday morning 9:00 - 10:30. Daisy is a Cockapoo Poodle cross who loves spending time with children. She is a calm and loving dog, and we are thrilled to have her join our Seton Family. Daisy will join us in the library to help provide affection, comfort and support to our students, while also developing skills in self-regulation, decreasing stress and anxiety, increasing communication skills and promoting positive interactions.
Triple-P Parenting: Community Program

Bus Status App
While our school buses are almost always on time, the winter months and snowy road conditions can lead to delays for your child’s school bus. To stay notified of your child’s bus status, please see the following links for ways to check on bus times. The App has been refreshed and is now called Bus Status 4. Please reinstall the app if you still have the older version.
St. Elizabeth Seton School Website
Bus status can be found on the main page of our website. It will display if a bus is on-time, delayed, or cancelled. There will often be a comment next to the delayed buses indicating how long the bus delay is. Click the title above to link to our website.
