The TMF webstore will close at 11:59 pm on Monday, June 5th.

Effective this year, all TMF orders will be mailed to your home address, not the Band Hall. This was a policy change made at TMF, not the school. As such, there will be a requirement to pay shipping charges on all orders. Apologies for any miscommunication.

Color Guard Summer Uniform Capris

Anyone who ordered the summer uniform capri from the TMF webstore will be reimbursed. The capri that we used the last three years caused skin reactions for some students. We are in the process of looking for an option where we can be uniform and comfortable. More information will be shared as soon as we decide which capri to use for next year. Thank you for your patience as we look for apparel that will allow us to be more comfortable.

Physicals

Here is the form that is required to be used for the pre-participation physical for marching band. A physical is required every year and must be completed after April 1, 2023 to be used for the 2023-2024 school year. Physicals are due on July 27th, 2023.

Lone Star 24 HR ER does walk in physicals between 8 am and 6 pm for $5.

Here is the calendar for next year. Summer band times have been adjusted and a few dates have been added since last week.

Please mark your calendars with these dates for marching contest next year.

October 7 - Comal Classic Marching Festival and Rocket Review Marching Festival, Canyon HS, Judson HS
October 14 - UIL Region Marching Competition, Heroes Stadium, San Antonio
October 21 - UIL Area Marching Competition, Calallen HS
November 1 - UIL State Marching Contest, Alamodone
November 4 - Brandeis Drumline Competition (drumline, drum majors, and soloist only)
