Hello MES Families,
What an entrance into May! I cannot believe the last month of the school year is here!
We had another beautiful morning for our Walk to School day! Thank you to all of those that helped in the organizing and for all of your that took part by walking, biking and rolling to school. It's always such a fun-filled way to start the day.

MES PTO is pleased to offer online school supply ordering for the 2025-2026 school year! You can now purchase kits customized to the 2025-2026 grade level supply lists.
*Kits are for students entering grades 1-5

Lunchroom SignUps for the Year
The sign-up genius for Media Center volunteer's has added dates for the Spring.
The Media Center is looking for volunteers to help with covering new books, shelving returned books, and assisting with special projects on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons in April and May!

Using the Madeira EZPay System (Not for lunch account payments)
The Madeira EZPay online payment system allows Madeira parents to pay school fee payments in full, pay to participate payments per season per sport, tuition program monthly payments, and PSAT payments. Fee payments, pay to participate payments and PSAT must be paid in full. Tuition program payments can be paid monthly or several months at one time.
With this program you will be able to process payments online using any VISA and MasterCard. No more sending in checks or cash, which can get lost. There is a $2.50 transaction fee.
Payments will be applied to your child's account within 48 hours (school work days) through the easy online checkout process.
How do I register?

The Madeira EZPay online payment system is only for school fees, pay to participate payments, tuition program payments and PSAT payments. It is not for school lunch account payments. YOU MUST GO TO THE LUNCH MENU LINK ON EACH SCHOOL'S WEBSITE FOR LUNCH ACCOUNT PAYMENTS.
