    We are practicing:

    • Recognizing teen numbers

    • Putting them in order

    • Writing them

  • Addition & Subtraction Practice
Keep practicing simple math skills using fun, hands-on activities!

    👉 Try this at home:
Use toys (like dinosaurs, blocks, or snacks) to act out story problems.

    Example:
“There were 6 dinosaurs walking. A volcano erupted and 3 dinosaurs disappeared. How many are left?”

    Let your child:

    • Act it out

    • Count objects

    • Solve the problem

  • Create Your Own Story Problems
Encourage your child to make up their own math stories—it builds creativity and understanding!

Parking Lot Reminders

Drop off and pick up is a busy time at the ELC. Thank you for continuing to keep each other safe! We especially appreciate you being good role models by showing our young children how to be safe and responsible in a parking lot. Please continue to park in the designated parking lot during drop off/pick up times and use crosswalks. Do not park in the Wells Fargo Parking lot. Those parents parking in the East lot, please use caution pulling out of parking spaces. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Mrs. McKillip.
