Key Club
Key Club's 2nd Annual Book Drive for South Ridge Elementary School starts on Oct. 19! We are looking for new or gently used books for students who are 5-12 years old! Donations can be brought to the counseling office or your student's advisement classroom. Last year, we collected more than 400 books! Let’s work together to make an even bigger impact this year and help get more books into the hands of young readers. Thank you for your support!
The Wally Theater Presents
This Murder Was Staged is a fast-paced, meta-theatrical comedy and murder mystery written by Patrick Greene and Jason Pizzarello. On the opening night of a play called A Spot of Murder, the tyrannical director, Sinclair Hemmings, drops dead onstage right before the killer is unmasked, turning the theater into a real-life crime scene.

Classroom Spotlight
Current Events and Diplomacy in Action in IB Global Politics!
Students in Jordan Towne's IB Global Politics class are stepping into the shoes of world leaders with their UN General Assembly model simulation!
In this simulation, students need to analyze their chosen nation's complex position as an affected neighbor navigating regional tensions, evaluating peace proposals, and leveraging key evidence to advocate for reopening the Strait of Hormuz and restoring economic stability. Student groups collaborate and analyze their role, key allies and core priorities and prepare to deliberate with other student groups. Our students are engaging in critical thinking, research, and high-level negotiation—preparing to address complex global issues head-on!
