Middle Level Math Renewal and Adoption Process Input Opportunities

The West Linn-Wilsonville school District Math Renewal and Adoption Process started during the 2018-19 school year. High school math materials were adopted for use in the 2019-20 school year and, following a pause in the process during the pandemic, the renewal process for grades 6-8 continued this school year.

Learn more about the Middle Level Math Renewal and Adoption Process by visiting the district website. Families are invited to learn more during feedback sessions hosted at the District Office; 22210 SW Stafford Road, Tualatin, OR 97062. Sessions will be held on the following dates:

  • June 30 at 11:00 am
  • July 6 at 5:00 pm

Apply for the Long Range Planning Committee Today!

There are currently two open positions on the Long Range Planning Committee (LRPC). The LRPC is a seven member citizen committee responsible for guiding the development of the district's Long Range Plan which provides a rational framework for evaluating and addressing future school facility needs as West Linn and Wilsonville grow. LRPC members are expected to regularly attend quarterly meetings, which take place in the evening and last approximately two hours.

Learn more or fill out an online application by visiting the district website.

ParentSquare Coming in 2023-24!

The West Linn-Wilsonville School District is excited to share that our school district will be moving to a new communication platform called ParentSquare starting in 2023-24. ParentSquare will consolidate existing communication systems while providing better school engagement and access to information for families.

ParentSquare will provide the following advantages for WLWV families:

  • Allows for schools to send and receive school and class information.

  • Messaging automatically translates to the parent-guardian’s preferred language, allowing for meaningful one-way and two-way electronic conversations.

  • Flexibility for parent-guardians in how you receive information (email, text message, or through the free ParentSquare app) as well as when you receive information (instantaneous or digest).

  • All messaging is archived within ParentSquare so that you can easily review past information.

  • Our ListServ system will be consolidated into ParentSquare so that community members without students in our schools can continue to stay connected through school newsletters and broad school/district announcements.

Parent-guardians can register their ParentSquare account any time this summer and an invite will be sent out in August for those who have yet to do so. Parent-guardians will receive information from their school regardless if they register their account or not, but registering will allow for parent-guardians to engage in two-way communication with their school as well as customize how and when they receive school updates. Parent-guardians are invited to learn more about ParentSquare by visiting this district webpage.
