Field Trip Volunteer Procedure Reminders
As we move forward with field trips, I wanted to remind everyone of the field trip volunteer procedures.
All parents must sign in to the office.
This is for any parent who is riding on the bus AND parents who are driving there....they can't "meet you there"...they must sign in first.
The reason is safety. The sign-in tablet does a background check on every individual.
Keep Classroom Doors Closed for HVAC Efficiency and Student/Staff Safety
This is a friendly reminder of the importance of keeping classroom doors closed.
To ensure our HVAC systems function properly and to prevent potential malfunctions, it is critical that doors remain closed.
In addition to maintaining system efficiency, closed doors also provide the safest environment for our students and staff.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and for helping us keep classrooms cool, comfortable, and safe.
Progress Notices
Progress Notices are due on Friday, October 3rd.
Please ensure that these are sent out to students with academic concerns.

Great Shake Out
Thursday, October 16th
Thursday, Oct. 16, at 10:16 a.m., we will participate in the Great Shake Out.
I will make an announcement over the intercom. Please have the students DROP where they are, COVER their heads, or get under a sturdy desk/table, HOLD ON to something sturdy and stay in place until the "shaking" stops!
This is an annual five-minute drill (no evacuation needed) that is part of a worldwide earthquake exercise.
The Kinder, 4th, and 5th grade students will be guided by campus supervisors and admin. They will not return to class, instead they will be directed to move away from buildings.
