Procedures
1) Remove any passcodes that are on the iPad.
2) Complete the Device Return Form.
You will have to list the serial number of the iPad.
To find your serial number please follow these steps:
a) Go to settings
b) Make sure General is selected
c) Click on the "about" button
d) The Serial number will be listed on that field or on the Name

Check-In Info
All students assigned an iPad are required to turn them in to the Shawnee High School Library.
If a student's iPad is damaged or the power cord, case, power adaptor, or hot spot (if one was checked out) is not included, the student will be responsible for reimbursing the district for repair/replacement costs.
If for any reason you are not able to pay for missing or damaged devices, please contact Mr. Johnson in the main office.
