Minute by Minute News
October 28 - November 1
Wolf Ridge Students & Families,
Next week is Red Ribbon Week!
While we will have fun with dress-up days, we will also be educating our students about the importance of saying "NO" to drugs and alcohol. Check out the plans for each day below.
Please note that students will wear costumes on Friday, not Thursday. PK-5 students will have class parties and participate in a costume parade in our gym at 1:00pm. We invite families and friends to watch our parade in our gym at 1:00. Junior high students will get to enjoy a special bonfire and hayride on Friday night courtesy of our student council. We are checking off our fall bucket list!
Thank you for your support,
Mrs. Ronen

👻 Costume Rules for November 1st 👻
🎃 Keep it Spooky, Not Scary: Avoid costumes with violent or bloody images. It's okay to look "spooky," but nothing too gruesome.
👁️ Masks and Makeup: Masks that cover the eyes and face are fine, as long as your child can see clearly. Please keep makeup minimal and apply it at home. Remember, learning is still happening, so your child might need to remove their mask during class.
🧥 Safe Costumes: Make sure your child’s costume doesn’t have anything hanging below the wrist or ankle to avoid tripping or getting things caught.
🎒 Easy-to-Carry Props: If your child has props, they should be easy to manage, especially if they take the bus.
🚫 No Weapons: Please don’t include any toy weapons in the costume.
🏃 PE-Friendly Costumes: Pick a costume that’s safe and easy to move in OR can be easily removed for PE.
