Dear Parents,
Any medications that were not picked up by 2 PM on Wednesday May 27th, have been disposed of by the health office. We do not keep medications in the health office during the summer break.
School Physicals for the 2026-2027 School Year
🚨Students entering 6th grade must submit evidence of a State of Illinois Certificate of Child Health Examination form . 6th graders are required to have one dose of the Tdap vaccine and one dose of the meningococcal vaccine (MCV4) on or after their 11th birthday. Also, students entering the 6th grade must submit evidence of a dental examination completed within 18 months prior to May 15th of that school year. Students who are entering 9th grade will also need the Certificate of Child Health examination form. Those forms should be submitted to their appropriate high school.
If your student is entering an Illinois school for the first time, evidence of a physical examination and a complete record of immunizations must be submitted within 30 days of their first day of school.
We will need evidence of the physical and immunizations, or proof of an appointment by October 1, 2026. Our email is Wms-Nurses@d303.org. Our fax number is 331-228-3707. If this number does not work, fax your paperwork to the main office at 331-228-3701.

WMS Summer Athletic Camps
Our camps will offer a variety of opportunities for students to improve their skills and have fun in different sports! All summer athletic camps will be facilitated by the District 303 coaches. Students will participate in a variety of skill-building activities and will be introduced to the same plays and philosophies that they will use when participating in sportsmanship!

Please note the time change. This camp will take place from 1:00-3:00 pm in the Wredling LRC.
SUMMER BAND CAMP
All current band students are invited and encouraged to attend the Summer Band Camp from July 20th - 30th. This fun camp will help you keep up your playing skills over the summer and better prepare you for next school year.
