Preview Days!
Mayfair Middle/High School is excited to welcome students and families to Preview Days for the 2025–2026 school year. Scheduled across four days from August 7–12, 2025, each grade level has a dedicated time for campus tours, meeting counselors, purchasing PE clothes and spirit wear, confirming student data, and previewing class schedules. Incoming 7th graders will also receive help setting up ParentSquare, Minga, and Aeries. A clearly marked campus map will guide students through various key stations—starting at the entrance near Arabella Street and progressing through areas such as the STEAM building and cafeteria. These Preview Days are designed to ensure students feel prepared, supported, and ready to start the year successfully.
If you have multiple students, you may choose which day works best for your family, just know that not all grade-level resources might be available that day.
Our recommendation is to complete Data Confirmation ahead of time, as that will save you (and us!) time at the start when checking families in.
In addition, please know that we will be closing the gate 30 minutes prior to the end of any session as well. For instance, if a session ends at 11:30, we will close the gate at 11am in order to finish working with those families.
Thank you!

Minga
Mayfair Middle/High School students will utilize the app called Minga as a digital ID card. The app enables staff to create hall passes, reward students for doing well and helping others, and the digital ID card will help students have an easier time entering or leaving campus. The digital ID has a "live" interface, with a running digital clock and a moving background, thus preventing students from using a screenshot [Screenshots of ID are not permitted]. Students will utilize their school email (via Google) to log in. The app is safe to use, uses very little data, and doesn't require access to any of the information stored on your phone. If your child does not have a smartphone, don't worry - they will receive a printed ID card as well. Click here to access a quick document that shows you how to log into your school's Minga account.
