What is “Partners for Success”?

Partners for Success is a part of MSDE Family Support Services. We provide information about community services, assist families in resolving concerns, and increase parental involvement in the special education decision making process.

Our team includes Megan Fitzgerald, Parent Coordinator serving families with students 5 to 21 and Carie Sadowski, Parent Coordinator serving families with children ages birth to 5.

Learn about summer camps that will provide your child with opportunities to build self-confidence; gain social and interpersonal skills; executive functioning and problem- solving techniques; academic tutoring and lots of fun. Camps we recommend will support mainstream and special needs children with challenges such as: LD; ADD/ADHD; HFA; PDD/NOS; mild social and emotional disorders; cognitive disabilities; and sensory integration issues. Camp activities include: sports; performing and visual arts; adventure; personal/social development; academics; aquatics; community service; horseback riding; speech and language therapy; vocational training; adaptive PE; and more.

CLICK HERE to register! Join us at the Millstad Campus for Camp! Sponsored by Leading Harford, a local non profit that provides events & activities in and around the community for children and families in support of Harford Cheerleading! Each week of camp will offer fun activities such as tumbling, various sports, swimming, hiking & exploring, STEM projects, crafts, treats, dance, cooking/food prep, and so much more! We will focus on fun friendships, making memories, encouraging respect of each other and our surroundings, social etiquette, instilling confidence and more, all while staying active and having fun! Payment invoices to complete registration will be sent in order to confirm participation.

Camp must have enough participants to move forward, otherwise it will be canceled. No refunds will be provided after final payment however you can hold a credit for 30 days towards another camp or program. Multi Camp discount of 10% off EACH camp when more than one is registered for (this includes sibling registrations).

Camps are for ages 5-15 years old. We will also consider mini camps for younger ages and also plan to add high school age camps to prep for try outs etc!
