TrailBlazer Bulletin for 1/29-2/2

Dear Trail Blazer Community
What an amazing week to be a Trail Blazer! This newsletter is jam-packed with celebrations of all the amazing accomplishments our students have had this week. To say I am proud is an understatement.
From the theatrical performance at Mary Poppins, to soccer teams wins on the field, swimmers and divers in the pool, cadets in action, AcDec & Winter Guard teams - we had a busy & successful week on the Trail.
Community Shout Outs
All of this could not be accomplished without our amazing teachers & coaches who continue to pour into our students. Please continue to recognize the work that teachers & coaches do using this form. Our teachers sure do appreciate it!

AP Exam refund requests must be made by February 9. Refunds will be returned in the form of credit to the student's OnlineSchoolFees account, minus a $50 unused exam fee, and can be used for future purchases.

Course Registration for 2024-2025 School Year
Please see email from FISD Communications regarding February 19, 2024 deadline for course request changes: [sent on 12/19 from communications@friscoisd.org]
Frisco ISD families,
As you know, we are in the middle of the course selection process for the 2024-25 school year.
The latest: Middle and high school course requests will be accepted until Feb. 19, 2024.
After Feb. 19, only changes for programs or any application/audition-based courses will be allowed. The process for submitting any allowed course request changes (per the middle and high school academic guide) will be communicated by each campus at a later date.
Context: FISD wants to have the correct staff in place for the courses students have selected.
In the past, students have been able to make changes through April.
The late changes created and dissolved class sections, wreaking havoc on the campus hiring process and master schedule.
