Attendance/Absence Reminders
Now that we are in the 2nd Semester, here are a few reminders for attendance and absences:
- An absence can only be excused with a Doctor's note.
- A "parent note" is an unexcused absence. However, please continue to send a parent note when your child is sick so we know why they are out.
- We cannot accept an absence note after 4 days of the student's absence.
- If the Nurse sends your student home and tells you they cannot return the next day, that absence is excused. Any absences after that will need to be excused by a Doctor's note.
- If your child arrives at school after 9:30, they are marked absent for the day.
