WEEKLY UPDATE

It’s that time of year already! We are partnering up again with Kindness Between Friends for their annual Angel Tree program.

KBF is a non-profit organization that helps homeless individuals, domestic violence victims, low income families, and Veterans across Bucks and Montgomery counties. Each year around the holiday season, they organize a gift collection to make wishes come true for local children in our community.

This year, we have arranged three ways to participate in donating or sponsoring a gift:

1. Pick up a physical tag from the gym starting tomorrow, Wednesday 10/21, and purchase a gift.
- Return the gift unwrapped with the tag attached during the designated drop-off period (Friday December 4 - Saturday December 5).
- Please do not return your gifts to the gym prior to the drop-off period.

2. Amazon wishlist: sponsor a gift online and have it delivered directly to Coach Cait

3. Monetary donations (Venmo @CaitGaw last 4-digits 3632). Donations will be used to buy remaining gifts or gift cards/essentials for families.

Athletes are expected to wear their assigned outfit AND bow on their designated gear days unless it is a theme. Bows are considered part of our practice gear.

If any part of your practice gear is misplaced, please contact us so it can be replaced. These outfits will be used throughout the season for practices, choreography, and showcases.

Make sure you and your Athlete have:

- Joined your individual Team & Parent BAND(S)

- Joined the Season Program BAND

- Downloaded our App

Friendly reminder: Our beginning-of-season grace period runs through June 24, 2026. Beginning after that date, any absence submitted with less than two weeks’ notice will automatically be considered unexcused and will result in a $50 attendance fee as outlined in our Policies & Expectations.

Please note that Champ Camps and Choreography are mandatory events and are considered unexcused absences.
