If you are interested in taking a deeper look into your benefit options for the 2025-2026 school year, please join HR and Paychex for a Live Webinar via Google Meet on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, from 4:15-5:00 pm.

During this presentation, we will review your 2025-2026 plan options. We will also discuss exciting updates to the UHC plans this year, such as a UHC Rewards program and access to the Calm Mental Health mobile app, both free of charge to UHC members!

Important: The Benefits Selection Period ENDS on Friday, September 19, 2025!

Each year, Paychex sends an email within the first 10 days of September with important information about open enrollment, including instructions on how to review and elect your benefits for the new year. To improve your benefits experience, this year’s email was sent the week of August 25, 2025.

📧 Please check for an email from peo_mbc@paychex.com, which was sent to the email address you have on file with Paychex (this should be your personal email address).

If you did not receive the email:

• Log in to the Paychex portal to confirm which email you registered and update your contact information if needed.

• If you previously registered with your Plato Academy email, now is the perfect time to switch it to your personal email to ensure you don’t miss future notifications.

✅ Remember: You can always log in directly to the Paychex portal to review and select your benefits anytime from now until the last day of Open Enrollment, even if you didn’t receive the email.

UnitedHealthcare Rewards is included in your health plan at no additional cost.

With UHC Rewards, a variety of actions, including things you may already be doing, like tracking your steps or sleep, lead to rewards. The activities you go for are up to you, and the same goes for ways to spend your earnings.

Each year, you have an opportunity to review benefits for you and your family.

Visit My Benefits Connect (MBC) to enroll online.

• Log in to Paychex Oasis at https://portal.oasisassistant.com to make elections using My Benefits Connect.

• Select Benefits.

• Select My Benefits Connect and make your benefits selection.

For assistance logging in to the Paychex Oasis portal, contact the Employee Service Center at 1-888-627-4735. If you need assistance with selecting your benefits, you may schedule a phone consultation Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. E.T., or Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in a variety of insurance options.
• Review and/or modify your benefit elections.
• Please note that Flexible Spending Account (FSA)/and Health Savings Account (HSA) enrollment is not automatic; you must re-enroll each year.

New elections and changes you made to benefits have an effective date of October 1st.

*Your plan cards may arrive before or after this date depending on when you made your elections.*
