Fall Middle School Strength Training:

Want to get stronger, faster, and more confident in the weight room? Middle School Strength Training is offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15–4:00 PM at DMS with Mr. Struchen! We’ll work on getting stronger, learning proper/safe lifting technique, and having some fun along the way. It’s FREE yes, actually free! To participate, you must have an up-to-date physical and register in the office before joining. No experience needed, and you definitely don’t have to be “strong” already. That’s kind of the whole point! Come lift, learn, work hard, and leave a little stronger than you walked in! If you already have a fitness plan from a prior program Mr. Struchen is happy to help support your goals! Hopefully see you on our 1st day together Thursday, Sept. 3rd in the weight room!
