From Dr. McWright, Dean of Students
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We hope you are doing well! We would like to send a friendly reminder that students should not bring personal electronic devices( including earbuds and headphones) to school. This includes use during lunch, recess, and classroom time.
Items such as cell phones, smartwatches with messaging features, tablets, gaming devices, and similar electronics should remain at home. Keeping electronics out of the school day helps us create a focused learning environment and encourages students to build strong social connections with their peers.
The only exceptions are devices that have been formally submitted and approved through the school nurse and administration for documented medical or specific needs.
Thank you so much for your continued support and partnership. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
Family Opportunity
Parents/Guardians,
Are you or your child interested in corals, saltwater fish, or freshwater tropical fish? If so we have had a limited number of tickets donated to giveaway to ReefStock Aquarium Expo on February 28 and March 1! Children get in free so only the adult(s) would need tickets to attend. If you are interested please email Mr. Mural at mjmural@aurorak12.org. The tickets are first come first served and have a $20 face value.
Reminders
Ramadan Mubarak
"Dear Quest Community. As the holy month of Ramadan approaches (February 17, through March 19, 2026), we want to wish our Muslim families a peaceful and blessed month. In support of those who are fasting, our Nutrition Services Department offers our students a βGrab & Goβ bag of food at the end of each school day. Please, put your name on the roster at the front desk in advance so the kitchen can plan accordingly. βRamadan Mubarak to all who are celebrating!"

Financial Update
We voted to fund all the tiers in our budget which means we have had a successful year and any money earned going forward will go towards Field Day, end of the year celebrations, and building an extra cushion for the next school year.
A HUGE Thank you to our Quest Family for making this possible!

Practices are Monday through Friday 2:30-4:00. All communication to families of players will be sent through Talking Points. Please use this platform to reach out to coaches.
Please note: There is no study hall before games, so students will need to register for Boys and Girls Club if they need after school care, they can take the bus to away games, but will need to be picked up at away games. I will send out more information when all registrations are in. ~ Coach Natalie Johnson
