EAGLES EATS WEEK- Sept. 14-18

The wait is over — our last two Eagles Eats Week mystery spots are officially being revealed!

We already have Chipotle Monday, Panda Express Thursday, and Mountain Mike’s Friday. Now we can finally share Tuesday and Wednesday:

Tuesday: Krispy Kreme Digital Dozens

This one is a little different — and families near or far can participate! Purchase a Digital Dozen certificate for $17 and receive a certificate by email for one Original Glazed dozen. 50% of each purchase goes directly back to support John Muir.

Order here: bit.ly/johnmuirpta

Wednesday: Chick-fil-A

And yes… it’s the brand-new Chick-fil-A! We’re excited to welcome them into our first Eagles Eats Week and give John Muir families another dinner option during a very busy conference week.

That officially makes it:

5 days. 5 food stops. One very good reason to give the kitchen a break.

Between Parent-Teacher Conferences and Fall Break, pick one night, a couple nights, or try them all. Every participating purchase helps PTA continue supporting programs, activities, and opportunities for John Muir students.

Family Night: Bingo • Books • Dinner • PTA- This Friday, Sept. 18 5:30-7

Friday night is Family Night at John Muir!

Bring the kids, bring the family, and come hang out with us. Bingo is FREE to play and open to all John Muir students and families. Players will have a chance to win gift certificates prizes, and the Scholastic Book Fair will be open for shopping during the evening.

We’ll also hold our first PTA Association Meeting of the school year during the evening, with activities available for the kids while the adults take care of a little PTA business.

Dinner is completely optional, with low-cost pizza packages available for families who would rather let us handle dinner too.

There is no cost to attend Family Night or play Bingo.

Use the QR code on the flyer to reserve your family’s spots and preorder dinner.

Come for Bingo, shop for books, grab some dinner, learn what PTA has planned — or just come spend the evening with your John Muir community.

Scholastic Book Fair | September 18–25

The Book Fair is almost here - and it lines up perfectly with Parent-Teacher Conference week!

The Fair kicks off during Bingo for Books on Friday, September 18, and will be open through Friday, September 25. Parents are welcome every afternoon Monday–Friday, and the Fair will remain open until 4:00 PM each day.

Families can shop using cash, credit, tap or Scholastic eWallet. Volunteer opportunities and eWallet information are available on the attached Book Fair flyer.

We still need volunteers! If you have a little time to help during the week, please use the volunteer QR code on the flyer to sign up. Even one shift helps us keep the Fair running for our students and families.
