Proposed New PTO Bylaws
Every 2 years, the Roslyn Road Bylaws Committee meets to review the current bylaws and make any necessary changes. This school year, the committee made some edits to the bylaws. HERE is a copy of the proposed new bylaws that will be voted on at the February 2026 General PTO Meeting on February 24th at 9am in the MPR at Roslyn Road.
Dismissal Reminders
Families, please email the office and the teacher with any dismissal changes for your child. It is important to email both the teacher and office staff (dkusmerz@barrington220.org and kwest@barrington220.org) so no change in dismissal plans for your student gets overlooked.
If you call in your child’s change in dismissal, please also follow it up with an email.
We would appreciate all dismissal changes at least 45 minutes before the end of the school day. We do realize that things come up and this may not always be possible.
We appreciate your cooperation.
Parent Volunteers Needed for Feed My Starving Children Field Trip
All Roslyn 5th Grade classes will be taking a field trip to pack meals for starving children around the world.
This will take place at Feed My Starving Children in Schaumburg on Tuesday, March 17th from 9-11am.
We need 1 adult per every 3 students (with this age group) to make sure we have enough adults for all roles and enough supervision. We still need 4 more volunteers to attend the trip to make this event happen for our fifth graders! Please sign up to volunteer to attend the trip using the SignUp Genius link HERE! All are welcome due to the high need for many volunteers: both parents, grandparents, etc. Email magidcumb@gmail.com with any questions regarding this event.
Exact address is Feed My Starving Children 740 Wiley Farm Court Schaumburg, IL 60173
