Yearbook order forms have been distributed to students. This is the first time orders have been accepted this school year. Yearbooks are $18.00 and orders are due by Friday, February 28th. You can place your order online at https://sales.yearbookmarket.com/stores/hixsonmiddleschool/products/773?pidx=0 or your student can turn in their envelope with payment to Ms. Baker in the main office.
OPUS (Orchestra Parents United for Students), the parent booster organization for the WGSD middle and high school orchestras, is hosting a trivia night and silent auction to be held tomorrow at Shrewsbury Community Center. ELA: Ms. Kraushaar

Students are finishing up their argumentative writing unit by completing a writing piece that expresses their point of view on schools and their control over students’ eating. The summative piece is due at the end of class on Monday, February 3rd.

Three choice books are also due on Monday, February 3rd.

Science: Mrs. Tobey

Study guides were due Monday 1-27 and Test was on Tuesday 1-28 to finish up our Cells Unit. Our next unit will be about how our body systems interact together so the whole body can function.
