Science: Mrs. Tobey

This week, students completed a group project that helped them learn how organ systems work together for the body. When we get back from break, students will gather information from the other projects and discuss the different ways our organ systems help our body function properly.

Social Studies: Mr. Cahn

Students wrapped up their summative projects this week. In our last two days before break, students learned about the Byzantine Empire and its lasting cultural legacy. They created portraits in the style of Byzantine icons, which are quite delightful and will make a striking display.

After Break we’ll begin the Middle Ages.
