These meetings are mandatory for Support Specialists and attendance will be reported. Principals/Administrators are copied as a courtesy but not required to attend.

If a student moves in or out of the district, but remains enrolled at a CPS school, notify EMIS right away to ensure we have complete documentation and the FS is correct. Open enrolled students must provide an up to date Proof of Residency every year.

Question: How will the new online registration training take place when we will be occupied with hopeful enrollment in August? Can info be shared about the new Registration software before the training?

Answer: Per Leslie Bryant, see emails from ITM Help and the most recent Principals Newsletter, July 24, 2020.

Answer: Per Monica Gomez, Virtual trainings will be scheduled for August for all users. Depending on the situation, live training can also be scheduled at a later date.

User-guide (In progress) will be provided to users as soon as it is completed.

Question: Could we know the code for ALC?

Answer: Per EMIS, The new ALC attendance code is "N". This code should be used when a student has been assigned to the Alternative Learning Center.

• Log in 15 minutes prior to your meeting start time in order to troubleshoot any connectivity issues.
• All please mute microphone upon entry.
• Questions can be shared via the chat function and the EMIS Team will respond accordingly.
  
• Sign in not required as it is captured in the Google Meet Transcript.
• LaunchEd will provide contact hours based on attendance captured in the Google Exit form that will be provided during the meeting for Sign Out.
