Prearranged Checkouts (Non‑Testing Students Only)
If a student needs to check out, please follow the prearranged checkout process:
Send a written note with your student in the morning. Notes must be received by the Attendance Office before 7:15 AM. No exceptions.
The note must include the student’s first and last name, date and time of checkout, and a parent/guardian phone number.
The attendance clerk will issue the student a pass to leave at the designated time. Parents/guardians will not need to come inside. Students will check out through the Attendance Office and meet their parent/guardian outside at the time listed on the note.
Attendance clerks will verify all notes before releasing students. If they are unable to reach a parent/guardian, the student will not be allowed to check out.
This checkout process does not apply to students who are testing.
Late Arrivals
Students are expected to arrive on time as usual. However, students who arrive after testing has begun will not be permitted to test and will be relocated to a designated area.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility and hope this information helps you plan accordingly.
