FAQ FAQ

Q: What happens when the CompTIA ITF+ is retired?

A: If you have the CompTIA ITF+ certification, you have it for life. When a certification is retired, which it often is, it simply means the exam is no longer offered.

Q: I am working on the CompTIA ITF+, should I switch to Tech+

A: YES! I took the exam last week and found it much more reasonable than the CompTIA ITF+ exam

Q: What can I expect at the study groups

A: A group of high school and college students, as well as professionals working on their certifications. This will not be a formal lecture, but rather a come-and-go group where you can study together.

Q: Will this be offered again?

A: I don't know. We are doing this for the month of July, when people typically have the summer off.

Q: Do I need to go to all of them?

A: No, this is very informal. Attend the study groups for the amount of time that fits your schedule.
