What a wonderful evening! Thank you to the families who participated and contributed to the event. We hope you recognized the importance of your voice. Our second Nine-Week Parent Feedback session provided valuable insights into our community’s needs, and we are pleased to have taken those suggestions into account. Please enjoy the video.

Jackson believes that everyday is an opportunity for our students to grow — not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. Attendance is more than being present in a seat. It’s about being present for learning, friendships, confidence-building, and meaningful experiences that shape the whole child.

🌟 Confidence Increases
When students attend regularly, they feel prepared, included, and confident. They experience routines, celebrations, and small wins that build self-esteem.

We understand that illnesses and unexpected events happen. When they do, please communicate with us so we can support your child. Our goal is partnership — working together to ensure your child feels safe, supported, and excited to come to school each day.

Strong attendance helps us align academic success with social-emotional growth. When students are here, they thrive.

Head Start is a federally funded program for Plano ISD children who are 3 or 4 years old by September 1 and whose families meet low-income guidelines.

To assist families who might have questions about eligibility, Head Start is holding a Round Up event on February 16-18, during the school day. Appointment-only visits will be available for all three days.

Head Start is located at 1600 Rigsbee Drive in Plano, TX 75074. View this flyer for more information.

Head Start es un programa financiado por el gobierno federal para niños del Distrito Escolar de Plano que tienen antes del primero de septiembre 3 o 4 años y cuyas familias cumplen con el requisito de bajos ingresos.
