Congratulations Drama Club!
Disney's Dare to Dream Jr.
Members of the MA Drama Club which involves students in grades 6,7, and 8 recently performed Disney’s Dare to Dream Jr. Under the direction of Mrs. Barnhart, Mrs. Whittle, and Mrs. D’Orazio, the Drama Club performed a music revue. Mr. Barnhart provided technical support and Mrs. Jolly oversaw the creation of the set.
Students reminded the audience of their favorite Disney songs and characters through narration and song and performed for a packed house in front of family and friends. Great job, Drama Club members and directors!
Congratulations Science Fair Participants!
It may have been Spring Break, but Science Fair activities were in full swing for an impressive group of LMTSD students. Thirty LMTSD students in 6th through 11th grade shared their scientific research at the county level at the Montgomery County Science Fair held at Germantown Academy, with many of them winning awards listed below. Eleven of those students qualified to show at the Delaware Valley Science Fair at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks over spring break. This is a highly competitive event with over a 1000 presenters from PA and surrounding states. LM students did a tremendous job. Congratulations to these students and Mrs. Meyers!

The panorama photo was included in the end of the year packet purchase. If you did not purchase that packet, the panorama photo will be available for purchase at the promotion ceremony in June for $5.
If you wish to purchase individual photos, hard copies of the information will be sent home on Tuesday. Also all information is available in the Virtual Backpack.
Regardless of purchasing the photos or not, students need to bring back the right hand side (order form) of the pamphlet. There is a QR code and name attached to each student.
7th Grade Families:
7th grade students are welcome to get their pictures taken. However, they will only get one if they plan to purchase the photos. Hard copies of the information will be sent home on Tuesday. Also all information is available in the Virtual Backpack.

Counselor's Corner
Sometimes, our students stay stuck in a negative thought or feeling. It is important to teach teens how to change these thoughts and feelings into positive and more uplifting ones. When we learn new skills, it does require practice. Click HERE for over a hundred examples of positive affirmations that can be said daily!
