Are you missing information from dropdowns? Are you missing information from dropdowns?

Did you know dropdown information in the MAC system is meant to be typed in to search? There are many places in the system where there is a lot of data to select from in a dropdown box, if you start typing then choices will populate based on what you type and then you can select.

  • Looking for an occupational therapist in the provider drop down on the survey screen? Start typing and it will populate so you can select.
  • Tired of scrolling districts on the survey login screen or training login screen (training used only for schools and Healthy Families Oregon groups) and not seeing yours? Start typing and it will populate so you can select it (make sure though you grab the correct one - there are many agencies around the state with similar names.)

Once you get comfortable with this process you will find your data much quicker. Please share this data with your staff who participate.

MAC System Updates MAC System Updates

If you find blank pages after the system update - put your cursor in the web address line and hit enter (do not delete the web address) - this will refresh the screen and load the data.

New option for staff to correct a code during review process

As coordinators, during the review process, you can now put in a note to the employee if a code correction is needed. You would do this step the same as you have always added a note, then click notify to send it to the employee. The employee now has the option of the square box with pencil where they can make the code adjustment before returning. (NOTE: this option was always available for coordinators but was not previously available for the employee. Coordinators should no longer need to change codes for employees unless the time block has to be adjusted - in that case reopen is still used.) This will be new for staff so be sure and let them know this has changed.

New wording to flag missing time

When completing the survey there is now wording at the bottom that lists time blocks the employee has not yet coded. This should help them see what is missing before submitting.

Wording change when survey is reopened

When a coordinator reopens a survey it now shows as reopened in the notes at the bottom of the review screen. Previously this wording showed sent back. This wording now more clearly aligns with the action being done.
