We Pray
Saint of the Month
Living Like the Saints
"Blessed are the clean of heart for they will see God" (Mt 5:8) means put God first in every thought, word, and action. Each time you receive communion or go up for a blessing this month, ask God to give you a clean heart.
We Learn
February is our PBIS Respect Challenge Month! Throughout the month, students will be learning what it truly means to show respect at school, with friends, and with adults.
At school, we will focus on what respect looks like, sounds like, and does not look like in different settings such as the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, playground, and during group work. Students will hear daily announcements and participate in activities that teach:
*Using kind and polite words
*Listening when others speak
*Following directions
*Helping and including others
*Taking responsibility for actions
Teachers will also be nominating students who demonstrate respectful behavior, and each week we will have a drawing for one student from each grade level to celebrate positive choices.
You can support the Respect Challenge by:
*Modeling polite language like “please,” “thank you,” and “excuse me.”
*Encouraging your child to use calm words when solving problems.
*Talking about what respect looks like at home and in the community.
*Praising your child when you see respectful behavior.
Working together helps students build strong social and emotional skills that last a lifetime. Thank you for partnering with us to promote a positive and respectful school environment.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Crossing Guard
We have a parent that graciously volunteered to do morning crossing guard. We are still in need of afternoon volunteers. Thanks!
