The Mustang Roundup

1/21 3pm-9pm Chuck E. Cheese Fundraiser

1/23 Mustang Rally at 8:45am

It has been wonderful to see our campus come back to life this week! Our students returned from winter break refreshed, energized, and ready to dive back into their learning. There is a fantastic buzz all throughout school as friends reunite and classrooms get back into the swing of things.

To kick off the year, we held a Rules Refresher Assembly. It was a great opportunity to re-establish our expectations and remind everyone of the ideals that make our school such a special place. We focused on how our rules fall under 2 categories for every Mustang: Staying safe & Being positive.

• Staying Safe: Following our school procedures so everyone can learn and play without worry.
• Staying Positive: Bringing a great attitude and kindness to every interaction.

We also took some time to look at our journey as Trailblazers. We reviewed our first two pillars, Unity and Connection, which helped us build such a strong foundation in the fall. We also shared a sneak peek at our upcoming pillars: Empower and Inspire.

It’s all about doing our best and making each day great!

Mark your calendars: Our next Mustang Rally will be held on Friday, January 23rd at 8:45am. During this rally, we will officially dive into our next pillar: Empower. We can't wait to celebrate our students' growth and learn more about how to empower ourselves and others.

Please take a moment to check the Lost & Found this week for any missing jackets, lunchboxes, or other belongings! We know our Trailblazers are focused on learning, but sometimes items get left behind. All unclaimed items will be donated at the end of the month, so now is the perfect time to stop by and reunite those lost items with their owners!
