Tawanka March Madness of Books

The champion of Tawanka's 2026 Tournament of Books is...... Don't Trust Fish by Neil Sharpson. This nonfiction book shares facts about fish and other animals in a humorous way, all pointing to why fish can't be trusted. Check out this awesome story, read by Tawanka's own Mr. P(opens in new tab)

A Note from the Nurse A Note from the Nurse

Sick Season...

Sick season is here! We want to help keep our students, families, and staff healthy! The best way to stop germs from spreading is by practicing good habits every day.

  • Please remember to:

    • Wash hands often with soap and water

    • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or elbow

    • Avoid touching your face

    • Stay home if you are feeling sick

By working together and practicing these preventative measures, we can help keep our school a healthy and happy place to learn. Thank you for your support in keeping everyone safe!

We are also entering broken season. If your child has a broken or damaged appendage and requires an exemption from Phys Ed or Recess, please send in a note to the nurse!
