ExPECT to Be The Change

Dear Weld Central Middle School Community,

Checking grades and monitoring missing assignments is important for student success. If you need help with how to log into IC, please reach out to the office or stop by and we can help you.

Grade Monitoring - Check once a week at minimum with your student

  • Once a week (at least), go into IC grading portal and check all grades.
  • Look at the details: Are there incomplete grades? Missing grades?
  • When in doubt, email the teacher to ask how your student is doing.

Together, we will continue to create a school that cares deeply about every student and extends that caring to families and the community around us. We will care more than others think is wise, dream more than others think is practical, and expect more than others think is possible. Every Student, Every Day, Whatever It Takes!

Activity Bus - Students should sign up each day that they need to ride the activity bus.

Parents:

Thank you to the students who have been following the procedure of signing up daily for the after school activity bus! As a reminder, ALL STUDENTS staying after school that would like to ride the activity buses need to sign up daily.

The district provides transportation leaving the Middle School/High School at 4:45 p.m. and at 5:45 p.m. Drop-off locations are limited to Hoff Elementary, Hudson Elementary, and Lochbuie Elementary. Students must sign up by 12:00 p.m. each day to ensure we have the correct number of drivers/buses to transport students to their drop-off locations safely. The schools give students a reminder and time to get signed up daily. Students that are not signed up for the activity bus will be required to call parents to arrange transportation home. Please help us ensure your child is signing up for the activity buses daily.
