1. Missing logged activities? Check the organization switcher at the top of your screen to ensure it matches the organization where you logged them.
2. Need to edit a teacher? ISD and District Administrators can make changes under the Users tab of that teacher's district.
3. The Teachers column on the landing page is for teachers currently receiving active coaching. Move teachers on and off as needed; removing a teacher does not delete their data, and you can still log activities with them.

1. Ensure 35a coaches are properly configured by adding both ISD and District organizations to their accounts. Here's a quick video demonstrating how to check and update a coach's organizations.

2. If you wear multiple hats (e.g., ISD Administrator who is also a Coach Coordinator or Coach), you can add these additional roles to your account. Email Erin Pell at epell@gomaisa.org for assistance.

The PIC number is the only unique identifier we use to distinguish users for technical purposes. We can't rely solely on email because some users, like ISD coaches, have multiple addresses.

• PIC numbers are not included in data exports or displayed alongside user data; they are only visible in a user's profile.

• We understand this is a concern and are working on alternate methods.

• In the interim, some coaches have successfully obtained the PIC number from their Principal or Secretary. These numbers are public record.

• For substitute teachers without a PIC number, their email can be entered in the PIC field. However, we advise against using this widely as it can complicate troubleshooting.
