Curriculum Spotlight. 📚
Inquiry-based learning is an educational approach that involves students actively exploring and investigating topics, posing questions, and developing their understanding through hands-on experiences. Wonders Inquiry Space has pre-built inquiry projects that are aligned to units of instruction. If you have not tried them, check it out here!
Tech Tools 👩💻
We have received a number of tickets requesting a workaround to stream content from your computers to your projectors. Recent updates in the Apple OS as well as in the Chrome browser have made this a challenge, but there is a potential solution! Check out the videos below to see if they work for you! Happy streaming 🙂
To Stream Videos Using Chrome Browser

Inservice Training
In Need of Staff Presenters
Looking forward to Health and Wellness Day and Instructional Strategies workshops? So are we! We are looking for presenters for January 15th and March 1st.
January 15th is our Health and Wellness day! A huge success last year, the Health and Wellness day is a day to focus on you, team building, and sustainable, healthy practices.
March 1st is our Just Right PD day. We recognize that one-size-fits-all does not really fit all. If you have, learned about new applications, streamlined a classroom process, experimented with discussion strategies, or maneuvered your way to effective use of AI, you could present that information to your peers! Anything goes here. If it was helpful to you, then it will likely help others. Additionally, teachers are sharing that they need help in the following areas:
- The Ins and outs of Google Forms
- Navigating the New Infinite Campus platform
- Using Google Classroom
- Building Literacy Centers
- Managing student behaviors
If you would like to present or lead a session or know someone who does for either day, please email Beth Johnson or Tina Brengle in the Curriculum Office.
Reminder: Please do not leave your electronic devices in your car 🥶
